New IT Guidelines and Procedures now in place

These guidelines and procedures may be accessed at http://www.yorku.ca/secretariat/legislation/u_pol/computing_u_pol.htm as addenda to the University Policy on Computing and Technology Facilities, whose principles they supplement and clarify. Here is a brief overview of each guideline/procedure document.

They articulate the roles and responsibilities of the various users and administrators of email resources, define appropriate and inappropriate uses and procedures to govern any authorized access or disclosure.

Network Security and Management
