Reminder: Library Computers Need Acadlabs Logon

If you haven't done so already, please be sure to activate your Acadlabs account before your first research visit to York's libraries this fall. Your Acadlabs account will allow you to log on to any of the library computers.

To activate your Acadlabs account, simply log into Manage My Services using your Passport York account. If you don’t have a Passport York account, find out how to get one on the CNS website at http://www.yorku.ca/computing/facultystaff/accounts/passportyork.html.

Why does a faculty member need an Acadlabs account?

Acadlabs logon helps to maintain computing system security, and allows York patrons to use any library computer. If you don't have an Acadlabs account, you may be limited either to using one of the few Catalogue Express computers to look up a call number, or to using one of the very few Open Access computers if you need to do anything more than check the catalogue.
