eReserves and Online Reserve Requests

The Libraries make special provision for assigned readings expected to be in heavy demand. Instructors can request that material be placed on course reserve (short-term loan). If course readings are available in electronic journals, the Libraries can place the electronic version on eReserves to ensure 24 hour a day, multi-user access from any location for all students with a valid library card and PIN.

Please let the Libraries know what items you will want on reserve for fall classes as soon as possible, preferably by June, 2004. You can fill out an online Reserve Request for any item that you wish to place on reserve. Instructions for placing items on reserve in each library are at http://www.library.yorku.ca/BorrowRenew/PlaceItemsOnReserve.htm.
