For York Faculty and Students

Resource Sharing (Interlibrary Loan) supplements the resources of York University Libraries by making available research materials from other libraries, organizations and document delivery services. Current York University faculty, students and staff may use this service.

Law students and faculty should go to Interlibrary Loans at the Law Library.

To order material from another York campus library, make an InterCampus Borrowing (ICB) request.

You need to know these policies and procedures before making an interlibrary loan request.

To submit a request, go to our RACER  Information page.

(External libraries who want to borrow materials from the Scott, Steacie, Frost and Bronfman Business Libraries should first review the information on the For Other Libraries page. York University Law Library (CaOTYL) maintains a separate interlibrary loan serviceto order from the Osgoode Hall Law Library, see their web site for information for External Libraries.)
