Industry Canada‘s Web site – Business Tools and Resources- provides guidelines for starting up a new business, federal incorporation and support.
Canada Business‘ website offers help on how to write a sound business plan and access templates and sample business plans. Developing Your Business Plan. You can limit you search to the individual provinces if you so desire.
