Added Copies – Pamphlet Collections in Archives and Special Collections

Multiple copies of pamphlets are not normally collected by Archives and Special Collections. Exceptions might be made for:

  • older material
  • fragile material
  • copies that are in better shape

When you find we already have a particular pamphlet from any of the pamphlet collections as you are cataloguing please:

  • print out the bibliographic record for the title
  • put the printout in the added copy
  • place it in the second copy pamphlet box which has been put aside for final review by Archives and Special Collections staff
