If a book cannot be located that is requested by a patron on an In-Process Request Form, Linda Smith will add a note in the Comments area for the particular copy indicating "Unable to locate", her initials and the date.

If you are cataloguing a book with this note in the Comments area, please let Linda Smith know immediately. She will give you the In-Process Request Form to put in the book which should be rush catalogued.
