-Cambridge University Press: holdings for electronic journals are now all reflected in the catalog
-Oxford University Press: now available on Scholars Portal: 79 new titles were added, 90 existing titles had the URLs changed; holdings for the electronic journals were added to the catalog
-JSTOR: added 7 new titles
-Guilford: changed links from Ingenta to Extenza
-Springer: 35 new titles added via Scholars Portal
2. Summer Project Planning. There will be many summer projects that will affect the workload in my department. Two students will be hired for these projects, which include:
-Scott Gov relabelling project, 25,000 items
-Scott to Bronfman phase two, 3260 items, relabelling and catalogue updates
-Scott to Steacie nursing journals, 3000 items, relabelling, Kardex, catalogue updates, and related files
-Scott to Steacie nursing monographs, # to be determined, relabelling and catalogue updates
-Scott Gov Ref to Scott, reclassification, relabelling
-Scott Ref to Scott, relabelling and catalogue updates
3. Duplication of Gov Docs. Lists of duplicate items between Scott Gov, and Scott and Steacie were generated last year when we did the Scott Gov move. I am working with Amanda and Leila to identify what can be discarded, what can be merged, and which location to merge the items to.
4. Theses. We are preparing to assign accession numbers and label the remainder of the theses stored on the first floor and then will relocate them to HNES-STOR.
5. Gifts. I sent about 700 books that we will not retain to the Books for Africa drive.
