2. Government Documents Storage. The project at HNES-STOR is about halfway completed. We hope to be finished in December.
3. Staffing. Rosy Go has left her position of Invoice Assistant in Serials for a permanent position in Monograph Acquisitions. Her position is being filled for one year by temporarily promoting Linda Hurley. Alison Ball has left her position of In Process Assistant in Serials, for a one-year position in Monograph Acquisitions. Her position is being filled for the year by temporarily promoting Samdai Mahadeo Bidhesi. Two Kardex Assistant positions have been posted for a one-year term. With these changes comes a challenging time where all staff in Serials are either assisting with training or being trained, or both.
4. Zubal. Last month we shipped a large number of books to John Zubal in Cleveland. A cheque in the amount of $3000.00 has been received.
5. Donations. This month we received and handled a significant donation of psychology books from the estate of Norman Endler. We received 1388 books; we will assess and keep 131 books.
