Elsevier Day At YUL

All Staff and Faculty are invited to attend the ‘Elsevier Day’ on Wednesday, September 5.  Sessions will be given by Brie Betz (Account Development Manager)  and Kortney Boak (Account Manager) from Elsevier.


10:00 a.m.

Training session on Science Direct and other Elsevier products; how best to market and implement them at the library. (Brie Betz) [Rm. 530 Scott Library]

11:00 a.m.:

Engineering Village training. (Brie Betz) [Rm. 530 Scott Library]

12:00 p.m.

General information session about what’s new with Elsevier, Social Science emphasis, and an Elsevier Q&A session. (Kortney Boak) Lunch will be included. [102S Staecie Meeting Room]

2:00 p.m.

Scopus – What’s new with Scopus, citation analysis, author identifier, partnership with CSA (Kortney Boak/Brie Betz) [Rm. 530 Scott Library]
