If you plan to start a new exercise routine, the is here to help!

Starting this week, you can get fit in the Student Centre, 3rd floor during the  lunch hour.  They offer different classes for each day of the week: Circuit, Boot Camp (!) and Yoga. See the Fit-For-Life Employee Program Win 2011
