Our libraries house books, print periodicals, theses, archival materials, microforms, maps, films and music CDs. We have more than 2.5 million books and subscribe to 16,000 electronic journals. Each year, we answer more than 150,000 in-person reference questions and host guest lectures, library workshops and research seminars for close to 16,000 students. We provide access to 350 Internet workstations throughout the libraries. Always looking to increase our holdings, we collect original papers and archival material to support research on Canadian women, writers, the arts, social issues and multiculturalism.
