The afternoon breakout sessions, which we invite panelists to participate in, will focus on opportunities for building coalitions between the university, unions, and community groups in York’s neighbouring communities. YUFA-CP has committed $10,000 in start-up funds to help launch one or more of the initiatives identified in these sessions. And other unions have been invited to join us in making a similar financial commitment.
