Each interruption will last about 15 minutes and will affect all network
traffic leaving and entering the campus.

The first interruption will affect all academic buildings, the second
interruption will affect all residence buildings.

This interruption in service is required to implement an upgrade to the
network border bandwidth capacity and introduce a new network Intrusion
Prevention system.

To commemorate the official “Gustav Klimt Year” in Austria and his 150th birthday, the Canadian Centre for German and European Studies is pleased to present an exhibit of his life and work. This exhibition, generously provided to us by the Austrian Cultural Forum, focuses on the artist by recreating the atmosphere of his era through historical photographs, biographical documentations and reproductions of his finest and most famous works of art.

The exhibit will be on display on the 1st Floor of York’s Scott Library until January 30.

This resource brings together manuscript, printed and visual primary source materials for the study of global commodities in world history. The commodities featured in this resource have been transported, exchanged and consumed around the world for hundreds of years.

Counseling and Therapy in Video provides access to a collection of video available for the study of social work, psychotherapy, psychology, and psychiatric counseling—400 hours and more than 330 videos on completion. This current release includes 284 videos totaling roughly 314 hours.

Latin American Women Writers is a searchable collection of prose, poetry, and drama composed by women writing in Mexico, Central America, and South America. Also included are essays by Latin American feminists and revolutionaries, who address both the universal concerns of women in every age and the distinctive issues of their struggles in the region. New content is uploaded on a biweekly basis, giving users immediate access to a steadily growing collection of writings. The database currently features 36 plays and over 60,000 pages of prose.

The Encyclopedia of Popular Music’s  30,000 entries cover all genres and periods of popular music from 1900 to the present day, including jazz, country, folk, rap, reggae, techno, musicals, and world music. The expanded Fourth Edition includes thousands of new entries on trends, styles, record labels, venues, and music festivals. Key dates, biographies, and further reading are provided for artists covered, along with complete discographies that include record labels, release dates, and a 5-star album rating system. Included in this Oxford Digital Reference Shelf edition are online-exclusive entries that originally appeared on Oxford Music Online.

POIESIS: Philosophy Online Serials is a s reference and publishing service offering searchable access to the full text of hundreds of issues of a selection of philosophy journals and series. Every word in every available issue is fully searchable, including thousands of articles, book reviews, and dissertation listings, as well as all abstracts, footnotes, and bibliographic listings. Structured around dozens of philosophy titles, POIESIS includes journals and series published by philosophical societies, departments, and university presses in several countries.

Encyclopaedia of Judaism is now available online via the platform Brill Online. It includes more than 200 entries comprising more than 1,000,000 words with advanced search options and cross-searching with other reference works under Brill Online.
