  1. Staff and training. We are now down by one in our numbers due to Susan Stents move at the end of May and the effects are being felt. Two subject specialists volunteered as guinea pigs for GOBI 2 and have had a positive reaction to it. I have been busy completing documentation and setting up for training staff and all subject specialists in its use. These sessions are scheduled over July and August.
  1. CLA/ALA conference. Nancy Hall attended this conference in June where I was able to meet with some overseas vendors, Aux Amateurs from France and Casalini Libri from Italy to go over some issues in person . As well , meetings were arranged with YBP representatives to iron some GOBI 2 issues and set up for the new business library.
