Policy Statement
The policies surrounding the operations of York University Libraries’ digital preservation program are subject to review and revision on two schedules: an ongoing basis and a cycle of regular review.
- Ongoing
- York University Libraries are continually monitoring relevant communication channels and news sources in order to remain apprised of developments that could affect the long-term viability of the collection. As such, policies and documentation can be updated on an ongoing basis.
- Regular Review
- York University Libraries' digital preservation policy and all its related documents will be reviewed every two years in its entirety. This review will be done by a committee of stakeholders from Archives and Special Collections, the Digital Scholarship Infrastructure Department, and representation from the Dean of Libraries Office.

- Each corresponding document is marked with a last reviewed date.
