WHAT IS MY RACER PASSWORD?

You created your password when you first registered on RACER. Resource Sharing staff cannot retrieve your original password, but can reset it for you. Call us at (416) 736-5808 or e-mail us at racer@yorku.ca for assistance.

WHAT IS MY RACER LOGIN ID?

Your Login is your York ID number (your employee or student number).

HOW DO I REQUEST MATERIAL NOT FOUND PERFORMING A RACER SEARCH?

Click on Blank Request Form on the left-side menu under My Account, and manually fill out the request form.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OR CANCEL A REQUEST?

Login to RACER and click My Requests located on the left-side menu, a list of your requests will be displayed.  To see all your requests, make sure to tick the Show everything box. You can choose to cancel a request from this list by clicking the cancel icon. A canceled request will display in My Requests as Request No Longer Required.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED?

You will be notified by e-mail when your material has arrived. Please read your e-mail messages carefully. You are responsible for monitoring the status of your requests.
