Best Question Ever? ImageAt Bronfman Business Library, we receive numerous questions in person, by email, telephone and by chat about receiving help with research projects or assignments. Questions can deal with how to best identify print or online resources, e.g. books, articles, industry reports, company financials etc. or with finding the best databases that can assist with what you’re looking for.  Getting assistance early on the process can eliminate time wasted because we can direct you to the right resources in order to get the job done.

We have a reference team of six and in order to meet the research needs of our students and faculty in the best way possible, on a monthly basis, we gather your questions and share and review our responses. This helps the reference team have discussions on what resources are best to suggest for specific questions and gain expertise from each other on specific areas. Learning from one another helps improve our responses and provide students and faculty with better overall service.  Every now and then we will be sharing our “Best Question” selections with you so that you can also learn from them and this may also help you on your research quests.
