Bronfman Business Library, Steacie Science &amp; Engineering Library or Leslie Frost libraries.<\/li>\n<li>A student may book a room for one time slot per day.<\/li>\n<li>The duration of a time slot is in half-hour increments to a maximum of 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Bookings cannot be made more than 14 days in advance.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 people is necessary in order to book a room.<\/li>\n<li>Only the person who created a reservation may delete it.<\/li>\n<li>An entry <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">must<\/span> be made in the NAME field to identify the booking.\u00a0\u00a0It is not necessary that this be your actual name.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rooms not occupied within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled time or not booked are available for anyone else to use.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The room capacity is indicated in parentheses under the room name on the booking calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Bronfman study\u00a0 rooms will accommodate a maximum 8 persons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These rules are available on the group study room booking application: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/mrbs\/\">http:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/mrbs\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h1>Library Study Space (both lower and upper floors)<\/h1>\n<p>We enforce the study space policies to ensure that our community members can work in a safe and productive environment and so that we can provide as much access to study space as possible to\u00a0 accommodate the maximum number of students .<\/p>\n<p>Policies:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Rearranging of furniture is not permitted especially in the lounge area, e.g. to create a couch to nap on or to conduct group work<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Students should refrain from sitting on the floor at the Bronfman Business Library.\u00a0 The library resides in a professional school and we are obliged to maintain and uphold a professional image.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Students are expected not to plug computers into wall sockets to avoid creating a tripping hazard.
