<\/strong>in <a href=\"https:\/\/ocul-yor.primo.exlibrisgroup.com\/discovery\/search?vid=01OCUL_YOR:YOR_DEFAULT&amp;lang=en\">Omni<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/web\/ask-services\/borrow-renew-return\/borrowing-returning-feescharges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">borrow valid YU-card can access their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/find\/MyResearch\/CheckedOut\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Library Account<\/a> with their Passport York login. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/find\/MyResearch\/CheckedOut\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Library Account<\/a> information includes:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>items currently on loan&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>due dates&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>status of item requests&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/web\/ask-services\/borrow-renew-return\/borrowing-returning-feescharges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fines and charges<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/web\/ask-services\/borrow-renew-return\/borrowing-returning-feescharges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Borrowing privileges<\/em><\/a><em> are suspended immediately for university borrowers with charges of $25.00 or Troubleshooting<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a YU-card, but still cannot access e-resources or your&nbsp;library account:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please ensure you have downloaded the YU-card to your mobile device\u2019s wallet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you recently downloaded the YU-card, please wait up to 24 hours for access to your library account and electronic resources.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are unable to download the YU-card, please contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/yucard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YU-card office<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your YU-card is locked because you tried to download it on more than one device, please contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/yucard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YU-card office<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the expiry date of your physical YU-card, if you have one.
