Give the main item an accession call number with the appropriate identifier such as BOOK. Exceptions might be made for:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>older material&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fragile material&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>copies that are in better shape&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When you find we already have a particular pamphlet, pls print out the bibliographic record for the title and put the printout in the added copy.
