Feedback gathered from previous iterations of the survey helped York libraries make improvements to their study spaces, computer technology and collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sheril Hook<\/strong>, associate dean of libraries, teaching and learning, notes that completing this year\u2019s survey will help YUL and the Law Library learn \u201cwhether we are meeting user needs in terms of quality and timeliness of services;&nbsp;access to collections, both print and electronic; and whether library spaces inspire and enable research.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feedback will guide future decisions on improvements and reconfigurations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LibQUAL+ survey is open and available until&nbsp;<strong>March 26<\/strong>&nbsp;and can be completed here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/libqual\/en?utm_source=lib&amp;utm_medium=faq+page&amp;utm_campaign=LibQUAL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">English version of LibQUAL+ (Passport York protected)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/libqual\/fr?utm_source=lib&amp;utm_medium=faq+page&amp;utm_campaign=LibQUAL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">French version of LibQUAL+ (Passport York protected)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students also have the option to enter a draw for a chance to receive one of 50 $25 YU-card top-ups. View the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.yorku.ca\/web\/about-us\/plans-and-reports\/libqual\/census\/#will-i-be-entered-draw-to-win\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contest rules for more information<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LibQUAL+ survey builds on other recent efforts to enhance library services, such as the Library Census Day, held on Feb. 26.
