The Markham Campus Library Visualization Studio provides a large high-resolution display in a flexible and fully equipped room. Students, researchers, and instructors may book the room for a variety of applications, including but not limited to immersive classroom visits, collaborative research projects with large amounts of data analysis and visualization, or exhibiting digital or multimedia creative projects.
The Visualization studio’s ultra-large display spans 24 feet wide by 7 feet tall, comprised of 18 LCD screens in a 6 x 3 grid.
Crestron integration allows for multiple inputs and choosing to configure the display as one ultra-wide 24’ x 7’ screen or two 4K 12’ x 7’ screens.
The Studio room is equipped with 7.1 speaker system.
Optional black out curtain to draw for better privacy and noise dampening.
The Visualization Studio can accommodate classes of up to 16 people.

Patrons must electronically check-in no later than 30 min after their booking starts. The check-in link and verification code are emailed in advance.
First-time visitors must do an orientation session with staff as part of their booking.
Non-booking group members must sign in with staff at the circulation desk.
MMCL workstations do not permanently store files. Use online storage services like Google Drive and/or portable hard-drives to save your work.
The Visualization Studio is shared space with the Gaming Lab.
