YUL Metadata Policies

Adaptation of OCUL Collaborative Future Policies/Best Practices

Collaborative Futures is an OCUL initiative for a shared and distributed approach to print and electronic resource management. The shared system is built on ALMA, Ex Libris’s cloud-based library platform. The Metadata Management and Standards Subcommittee of the OCUL Collaborative Future developed consortium policies/guidelines/best practice for participating institutions. YUL adapted those policies and apply on YUL cataloguing practice based on local circumstance.
