Dear members of the York University community,
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you – or welcome you back – to our Libraries. This Fall is an exciting time to be on campus, with many of you joining us again, and some joining us for the first time. As you get settled in and start your classes at York University, I invite you to learn about the resources and expertise available through the Libraries to support you in the production and dissemination of knowledge.

Welcome to faculty
If you haven’t had a chance, be sure to visit our revamped website, particularly those sections on Ask & Services which provide information on services and resources for students and faculty, including Library Accessibility Services. Our Research & Learn section will provide information on Research Guides, Teaching & Faculty Support including how to book a library class, place items on reserve or link to eresources from Moodle. You’ll also find important links to our scholarly publishing supports such as OA Author Fund, YorkSpace (our institutional repository), the York Digital Journals that we host. Under Collections we provide access to an array of digital collections and exhibits as well as information on Suggestions for Purchase.
