YorkU Libraries are celebrating Winter Well-Being Week with engaging activities and resources to help our community feel supported, empowered and connected. From Zen Zones to Affirmation Walls, there is something for everyone - take time to relax, share positivity and prioritize your well-being.

Take a moment to unwind in The Zen Zone, designed to help you de-stress and recharge during busy study days. Sink into comfy seating, enjoy the calming atmosphere with soft music and plants, and give yourself a well-deserved break.
