Equipment Loans

How borrowing works

  1. Become a member by taking our orientation course. Users must follow our booking policy and safer space policy.
  2. Use the Book buttons to borrow equipment for up to 7 calendar days.
  3. Wait for email that confirms your booking (5 min).
  4. Bring your valid YU-card to us on the first day of the loan period.
  5. Meet staff who examine the reserved equipment with you (15 min).
  6. Create with curiosity and responsibility!
  7. Bring the equipment yourself during operating hours by the due date.
  8. Meet staff who examine the returned equipment with you (15 min).
