Digital Scholarship Infrastructure
The Digital Scholarship Infrastructure (DSI) department is responsible for two broad York U Libraries service portfolios:
- Management of mission-critical digital preservation platforms that serve the York community, including York University Digital Library (YUDL), YorkSpace, York Digital Journals, Archivematica, Web Archiving, and Scalar
- Steering and oversight of the Making & Media Creation Lab.
Members of the department also contribute to a number of organization-wide initiatives, including the development and delivery of supports for York researchers' grant-funded projects.
DSI operates within the Digital Scholarship Centre, located in Scott 205 (at the West end of the Atrium on the second floor of the Scott Library).
General inquiries about the department's services can be made to diginit@yorku.ca.
