Research and Information Services
The CCSD team helps students and faculty navigate the complex modern information landscape through in-person and online services, ranging from educating students on how to use library tools to consultations with faculty and graduate students regarding their research.

Have a question? Our Ask & Services web site explains more about our services.

Learning Commons
CCSD operates the Learning Commons by bringing together a wide range of partners from around campus. Located on the second floor of the Scott Library, the Learning Commons unites learning services at York University by offering students one-stop, integrated, in-person and virtual access to expertise, supports and resources to bolster their academic success.

If you need more information, the Learning Commons web site can help.

Accessibility Services
Library Accessibility Services are here to provide equitable access to the full range of library services, resources and facilities for students, faculty and staff.  Students will need to contact Student Accessibility Services, while faculty and staff will need to contact Employee Well Being for a referral. For more information, visit the Library Accessibility Services web page.

Resource Sharing
We provide students and faculty access to a global collection of resources through our interlibrary loan system. Our librarians and archivists can request materials from libraries across the globe, in a variety of formats, to bring to campus for use by the York community. Consult our RACER web site for more information or to search for materials.
