We retrieve materials from storage Monday-Friday three times a day:
11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Please call or email the archives ahead of time should you wish to have materials retrieved prior to your arrival.


Drop In

Users are asked to register as Readers, bring photo identification, place coats and bags in the lockers provided, and proper care when handling the materials. Our Reference Desk is staffed by student assistants who will register you as a Reader and can retrieve items you identify from the finding aids or online catalogue.


You can book an appointment with an Archivist or the Archives Technician by emailing (same day service might not be possible) or contacting your subject & liaison librarian.
